Schools are not, first and foremost, about buildings and facilities but about people and relationships. Being part of a community means that everyone has to contribute and play their part. Here at St Cedd’s School we place great importance on respect for others. Pastoral care is such an important aspect of life here at St Cedd’s School and we value every child, and take delight in their qualities and achievements. St Cedd’s School is committed to providing an environment where a child can feel happy, secure, valued and supported.
However, many of these things are intangible and very difficult to capture on a website or in a prospectus. So please come and visit to see for yourself. Open mornings are held each half term, and during the visit you will be given the opportunity to meet with our children and ask them what they love about our school.
Our next Open Mornings will take place in the Spring Term at 10:15 on Wednesday 22 January 2020 and Wednesday 11 March 2020. Our Open Mornings in the Summer Term will take place at 10:15 on Wednesday 20 May and Wednesday 17 June. For further details, please contact Mrs Abbott on 01245 392810 or book using the form below.
A recent visitor to St Cedd’s school commented that she "was really taken with the sense of community, buzz of activity and happy atmosphere” and that she felt that she had come across "a little gem, nurturing confident and happy children”.
We realise that choosing a school for your child can be a daunting task as it is one of the most important decisions you can make in your child’s education. Mrs Abbott, our Admissions Registrar, is always happy to answer any questions and help make the process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible.
So please do not take our word for it – come and visit to see for yourself all of the opportunities that we can offer.
