Activities Programme
Through its extra-curricular activities, St Cedd's School offers children the opportunity to learn new skills, have fun and become more confident. We actively encourage children to try new activities and believe this helps to broaden their horizons so that they can meet the challenges of the wider world.
The extensive range of clubs we offer either before school, at lunchtime or after school include Chess, ICT, LAMDA, Fencing (including a Metal Fencing group), Art, Maths, Eco, Lego, Library, Mindfulness and Mindset FUN, Rugby Tots, Tag Rugby, Activitots, Multi-Sports, Tennis, Cricket and Gym. These run alongside the sport practices run by School PE staff (open to all pupils) and include Rugby, Football, Cricket (girls and boys), Hockey (girls and boys) and Netball, and also the numerous music invitational clubs.
The majority of these clubs are free and run by our teaching staff, although some do incur a small charge and are run by external providers.
